Nadir Hajioglu Mammadov is born. Since his early years Nadir showed his persistent and hardworking character. As an elder son in the family, he experienced a strict approach by his parents, particularly by his famous father. In every period of his life, Nadir was well respected as a leader. He was awarded his Geological Degree in Baku State University and continued his education to get a Doctoral Degree (Candidate of Sciences) in AZI (State Oil Academy of Azerbaijan) with a major in Economics. In 1977 he married his beloved wife Maya and they had two children (Emin and Alya).

Nadir took after his father most qualities when it comes to his values and character such as honesty, dignity, trustworthiness, and the value of his promise. He continuously guided his children to aim for excellence and struggle to achieve success against all odds. He worked in various foreign countries and served Azerbaijan in the Ministry of Melioration, State Committee for Quality and Standardization and several private companies.
